Meet Kieran
Founder of KMR Building Group, Kieran, boasts 30 years of experience in all areas of construction, project oversight, and management. Kieran has spent the last decade residing on the Sunshine Coast, where he has operated as a respected licensed builder specializing in diverse bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, home renovations and modifications, Kieran has also successfully delivered a wide range of projects for state and local governments in and around the Sunshine Coast region. His reputation for exceptional, high-quality work has earned him a substantial client base, largely through positive referrals and excellent recommendations.

The first step is meeting with KMR Building Group where we chat about your vision, requirements, and expectations for the project. 2. Fee Proposal and Project Estimate
Once the required services have been identified, KMR Building Group will present you with a detailed fee proposal and project estimate. This document outlines the costs associated with the services, including design, planning, permitting, and construction management. The project estimate provides transparency regarding expenses, helping you make informed financial decisions.

3. Construction, Project Management & Completion
Upon acceptance of the fee proposal, KMR Building Group initiates the construction phase, managing all aspects of the project from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, and suppliers, and overseeing the construction process to ensure quality and efficiency. Upon completion, KMR conducts a thorough inspection to ensure all specifications have been met.
