Meet Kieran

Founder of KMR Building Group, Kieran, boasts 30 years of experience in all areas of construction, project oversight, and management. Kieran has spent the last decade residing on the Sunshine Coast, where he has operated as a respected licensed builder specializing in diverse bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, home renovations and modifications, Kieran has also successfully delivered a wide range of projects for state and local governments in and around the Sunshine Coast region. His reputation for exceptional, high-quality work has earned him a substantial client base, largely through positive referrals and excellent recommendations.

Meet Glen

Glen’s journey has been one of expansion and growth. Over the past eight years, he has gained invaluable knowledge and expertise across QLD while making the Sunshine Coast his home. His diverse career, spanning three decades, has taken him across national and international boundaries, specialising in various sectors. From commercial construction to local and state governments, and from major utilities to residential construction, Glen has been immersed in the intricacies of these diverse and specialised fields. As a construction Project Manager, he has honed his skills, ensuring the seamless execution of diverse projects. With dedication, passion and precision, Glen orchestrates each endeavor, leaving a positive mark on the projects he has helped deliver.

HOW IT WORKS

    The first step is meeting with KMR Building Group where we chat about your vision, requirements, and expectations for the project. This give KMR a clear understanding of the project's goals and lays the foundation for a successful collaboration.

  • 2. Fee Proposal and Project Estimate

    Once the required services have been identified, KMR Building Group will present you with a detailed fee proposal and project estimate. This document outlines the costs associated with the services, including design, planning, permitting, and construction management. The project estimate provides transparency regarding expenses, helping you make informed financial decisions.

  • 3. Construction, Project Management & Completion

    Upon acceptance of the fee proposal, KMR Building Group initiates the construction phase, managing all aspects of the project from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, and suppliers, and overseeing the construction process to ensure quality and efficiency. Upon completion, KMR conducts a thorough inspection to ensure all specifications have been met.
